External walls and ceilings are poured simultaneously and create a massive reinforced concrete structure. The total thickness of each wall consists of the thickness of concrete and the thickness of two cement-bonded particleboards made according to the latest Austrian technology, which guarantees uniform heat distribution on the wall surface, favorable microclimate of the rooms, high sound insulation and fire resistance, confirmed by international certificates.
