The historic building – walls of the “sandwich” type on a metal frame;
New building – monolithic reinforced concrete walls and columns;
External walls and walls between the apartments are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and fibroblocks.
The facade of the historic building is decorated in accordance with the historical realities with a pine board, but the basement of the building is faced with granite tiles. This combination increases the stability of the appearance of the building in the coastal climate, while maintaining the style unity of the complex.
The warming of the historic building is done with stone wool 200 mm thick, which provides excellent thermal insulation characteristics of the building. In other words, the house is warm and comfortable, the cost of heating is relatively small.
The new building is characterized by a suspended ventilated facade, the outer material of which is stone mass tiles and opaque glass panels.
The windows and windows in the apartments are aluminum and wooden double-chamber tinted double-glazed windows of Schuco AWS 75.SI. This means that your house is quiet, warm and very beautiful.

Thus, not only a more reliable, but also cheaper heat supply is provided in comparison with the central (urban) one.
