To control the quality of construction, the method of thermal imaging diagnostics was used, which allows you to quickly and objectively identify places of heat leakage and promptly eliminate such problem areas already during the construction of a house.

Smart House
All units and engineering complexes that provide home owners with a comfortable life are linked into a single automated home control system. The microclimate control system monitors all set parameters (air humidity, indoor and outdoor temperatures, air speed, sun brightness, etc.) and, depending on this, regulates the level of natural and artificial ventilation and adapts the parameters in the heating system.
