– bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe
– study / nursery, which is equipped with a sofa bed and wardrobe
– a toilet in which a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a built-in wardrobe for household utensils are functionally located
In the summer months, utility bills are about 100 EUR, in the winter months the maximum bills are up to 200 EUR. There is a paid city car parking under the house, and there is a 24-hour guarded paid parking 150 meters from the house. The apartment is located in the center of the Jugendstil district. Shops, beauty salons and a park are within arm’s reach.
